Planned stock suggestions with supporting data.

Each published suggestion will show its evidence, sample and timeframe.

The rules

Evidence required for stock suggestions.

Labels publish only after the required evidence is recorded.

Evidence label taxonomy: each label and what it requires before it can appear
Label What it requires before it can appear Status
Selected for launch review A named selection method and the participating accounts on record. Publishes with recorded evidence
Included in the proposed launch range A documented selection decision: who chose the line, on what basis, and when. Publishes with recorded evidence
Frequently reordered by comparable accounts A defined cohort, a minimum sample size, a stated timeframe and a refresh date, all printed with the label. Publishes only with live order data
Seasonal reorders rising A like-for-like period comparison across a stated sample, with the periods and sample printed. Publishes only with live order data
Commonly bought with The two lines appear together in a stated share of real baskets over a stated window. Publishes only with live order data

These are the only suggestion labels the portal can show.

Data safeguards

Proposed safeguards.

These safeguards apply before any account-based suggestion is published.

  • Rankings will use orders. A line will be called a strong seller only when real order data supports it.
  • Local claims will need local evidence. Any local claim will state the area, sample and timeframe behind it.
  • Personalisation will be opt-in. The final account terms will explain how to switch suggestions on or off.
  • Reporting terms will be agreed first. No reporting will be offered until the privacy and account terms are approved.

Privacy and consent

We will use order history only as described in the approved Privacy notice and account terms. Those documents will explain what is collected, how cohorts are built and how to opt out. Policy pending review
